Important Updates

  • Staffing shortages related to COVID-19 may cause delays during your appointment. We encourage you to complete and verify your information prior to your appointment, including demographic and insurance information. MyChart patients can pay their copay securely online. Your health and safety is our top priority. We are following a strict protocol of COVID-19 safety precautions, including masks required at all times, screening at all entrances, social distancing measures and a limited visitor policy.  We know your time is valuable, and we appreciate your patience.
  • For the safety of our patients, physicians and staff, surgical masks, KN94, KN95 or N95 masks are required at all times during your visit.  This includes public areas, exam rooms and restrooms. If you do not have one, you will be given a surgical mask upon arrival.
